Zucchini Bread

Instructions

Beat well eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla and zucchini

Sift together flour, salt, cinnamon, soda and baking powder. Add to the zucchini mixture and beat.

If desired add raisins or chopped nuts. Pour into 2 bread pans. Bake 350(F) for 1 hour or until the bread leaves the edges of the pan. Frost or dust with confectioner's sugar.

This recipe is one of my Aunt Kathy's recipes. I believe she got it from her next door neighbor Francine:) It's an excellent recipe and I always look forward to a loaf:)
