in medium bowl, beat cream cheese in mixer. Graduall add in powedered sugar and vailla and mix until smooth. Melt white chocolate in microwave, make sure not to overcook, by cooking one minute at a time, then stirring. Add melted chocolate to mixture and beat until smmoth. Site in pecans. Pour mixture into butter-greased 8x8 inch pan. Chill in refrigerator until firm. Cut into small squares
