White Breakfast Gravy

Instructions

1. Brown sausage, onion and bell pepper in medium-size stock pot, crumbling sausage with fork as it cooks.

2. After sausage is browned, add flour, milk and seasonings. Stir well.

3. Cook on low fire about 20 minutes, stirring frequently.

4. Split a biscuit in half and spoon gravy over both halves, serving it like an open-face sandwich.
