Vinaigrette Dressing

Whisk together ingredients and serve over a combination of romaine and iceberg lettuce and any combination of chopped or sliced onions, bell pepper, avocado, tomatoes or other ingredients as desired.

Note: Something that I learned and I find works really well is to put your dressing in the bowl first THEN put your greens on top. When you toss, it mixes much better than if you just pour it over the top and then toss:) Another thing is if you are transporting your salad but don't want to dress it yet you can do this and it doesnt wilt like it would if you dressed it from the top! Learned this from the Barefoot Contessa and it works great:)
