Unroll crescent rolls, and place in bottom of an ungreased 15x10x1 inch jellyroll pan, pinching edges together to seal. Brush dough with beaten egg. Bake at 375 for 11 to 13 minutes, and cool completely.

Combine cream cheese, mayo, and salad dressing mix; beat until well blended. Spread mixture over crust; sprinkle with cheese and vegetables. Chill 2 hours; cut into 1 x 1 1/1 inch bites. Yield: 8 dozen.
