VANILLA WAFER CAKE

Ingredients

  • 2 STICKS MARAGINE
  • 2 CUPS SUGAR
  • 6 LARGE EGGS
  • 1 7 OZ. CAN ANGEL FLAKE COCONUTS
  • 1 CUP PECANS, CHOPPED
  • 1/2 CUP MILK
  • 1 TSP. VANILLA
  • 1 12 OX BOX VANILLA WAGERS, CRUSHED

Instructions

MIX TOGETHER BUTTER AND SUGAR. ADD EGGS, ONE AT A TIME, MIX WELL. ADD PECANS AND COCONUTS. ADD MIL, VANILLA, AND VANILL WAFERS. MIX WELL. PUR INTO PREPARED BUNDT BAKE PAN. BAKE IN PREHEATED OVEN 325 DEGREE FOR 1 HOUR AND 30 MINUTES. I USUALLY USE CREAM CHEESE ICING. DON'T GET EXCITED, YOU DON'T USE FLOUR IN THIS CAKE.
