Tzatziki

Instructions

1. Squeeze all liquid from grated cucumber. Allow to drain for a few minutes.


2. If Greek-style yogurt is not available, substitute whole-fatplain yogurt and allow it to drain to remove as much excess liquid as possible.


3. Mix all ingredients together lightly.


4. Serve immediately with toasted bread or pita triangles, or refrigerate until ready to serve.


Serves 4 as an appetizer.



I personally love this on a pita with grilled chicken and lettuce. I'm not a tomato person but you could definately put some on here as well:)
