Twin City Ballet Creamed Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef, browned and drained
  • 1 large can of chili with no beans or a 1 lb brick of frozen chili
  • 1 lb velveeta cheese
  • 1 can ro-tel tomatoes
  • 2 cans Mexican style beans (chili hot beans)
  • 1 pint whipping cream
  • 1 pkg tortilla chips
  • garnish: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced green onions, black olives...

Instructions

Melt cheese and chili; add whipping cream. When melted, add beans, tomatoes and beef. Heat until warm. Pour over individual servings of broken chips. Top with desired toppings such as green onions, lettuce, tomatoes, olives, or sour cream.
