Turtle Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg German Chocolate cake mix
  • 1 - 14oz Kraft caramels
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup pecans

Instructions

Melt caramels with milk stirring frequently. Mix cake mix as directed plus 3/4 cup soft margarine. Pour about 1/2 of the batter in greased and floured 9x13 pan. Bake 7 minutes. Take from the oven and pour caramel mixture over cake. Sprinkle chocolate chips and then pecans. Pour remainder of batter over cake. Bake 20-30 minutes at 350(F). Serve with ice cream:)
