Tomato Soup (from Aunt Kathy's trip to Holland)
Ingredients
- 3 onions
- 4 cloves garlic
- 500 g tinned tomatoes
- Sugar
- salt
- pepper
- basil
- oregano
- thyme
- 2 liters of veg or chicken stock
Instructions
Chop onions and garlic. Saute in a pot, add tomatoes and the stock. Let simmer for 1 hr. Season to taste and thicken with cornstarch.
