Ingredients:
Rack of Pork spare ribs.
Seasoning salts - (mix equal parts salt, black pepper, and garlic powder).
BBQ sauce of choice.
Cut the ribs into 2-3 rib sections. Season with salt mixture. Put in a baking pan meat side down. Fill bottom of pan with about 1/4 inch of water. Cover pan with tin foil. Bake at 325 for 1 1/2hrs. Pull out pan, then pour off most of the juice. Flip ribs to meat side up and baste liberally with BBQ sauce. Recover and bake again at 425 for 1/2 hour.
The ribs came out really nice and tender. Man those were good. Served that with some green bean casarole. I used cattlemans BBQ sauce but any should work.
