Let cream cheese and butter soften at room temp. Blend. Stir in flour. Chill slightly about an hour. Shape in 2 doz. 1 inch balls; place in tiny ungreased muffin tins. Press dough on bottom and sides of cups. Fill with Pecan filling:
Beat together eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla and salt until just smooth. Divide half of the pecans among pastry lined cups; add egg mixture and top with remaining pecans. Bake in a slow oven (325F) for 25 minutes or until fillis in set. Cool thoroughly before removing from pans.
