Sweet n' Sour Meatballs

Ingredients

  • SAUCE
  • MEATBALLS
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 2 tsp worchestershire sauce
  • 1 cup bread crumbs/crushed crackers
  • 8 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1 package onion soup
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 8 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Mix together sauce ingredients (left side), pour into casserole dish and bake at 350F.

Whilst sauce is baking, combine ingredients for meatballs, shape into balls and brown slightly in skillet.

Remove casserole dish from oven, place meatballs in dish. Use a spoon to roll them around slightly so all sides are coated in sauce. Cover with tin foil. Bake for roughly 50-70 mins.

NOTE: You should roll the meatballs around at least twice during baking.

Serve with rice.
