Ingredients

• 1 cup Seven Grain cereal
• 1 1/3 c. bread flour
• 1/3 cup sunflower seeds (unsalted)
• 1 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
• 1 1/4 tsp. salt
• 2 tbsp. butter
• 1 1/4 c. cold water
• 2 1/2 tsp. instant yeast
• 3 tbl brown sugar, packed
