Stuffed Mushrooms

Remove stems and hollow out mushroom caps a little.
Brush caps with melted butter and broil cap side up for 3 minutes.
Mince mushrooms stems and saute with onions and celery in 2 Tbsp. butter about 5 min.
Lower heat and add flour, cook and stir 1 minute.
Stir in heavy cream, simmer until thickens.
Stir in parsley, salt and pepper.
Add crab meat.
Fill mushroom caps, top with 1 tsp. shredded cheese and dribble a little butter on top.
You can refrigerate now to bake later or bake.
Bake in upper third of preheated 375 oven until caps are tender and stuffing is lightly brown, approximately 15 minutes.
