Place 9 French bread slices in single layer in the bottom of a lightly greased 13 x 9 baking dish and top with cream cheese. Place remaining Frech bread slices on top of cream cheese. Whisk together eggs and the next three ingredients; pour over bread. Cover and chill for 8 hours. Remove from refrigerator and let stand at room temp for 30 minutes before baking. Bake 350 f for 45 minutes, shielding with aluminum foil after 20 minutes to prevent excessive browning.
