Stuffed Chicken Breasts
Ingredients
- 1 box cornbread stuffing
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup orange marmalade
- 1 (10.5-oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 (10.5-oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
Instructions
1. Make stuffing according to directions. Pound chicken breasts flat.
2. When stuffing is cool, add marmalade and mix well. Divide into six portions.
3. Open chicken breasts and fill with portion of stuffing. Close and put in a 9x13-inch baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray, seam side down.
4. Mix undiluted soups, and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
