Saute mushrooms (reserve juice) in melted butter; add onion and bell pepper and saute. Stir in flour, add mushrooms juice, 3/4 - 1 cup any kind of sherry and canned gravy. Season well and cook slowly for 20 -30 minutes. Serve hot with steaks. Will serve 12.
