Directions:
Cook 6 slices of bacon in skillet, then set cooled bacon aside. Brown beef tenderloin and mushroom in bacon drippings, mix steak, mushroom and bread crumbs, beat eggs, add cream or half and half, add spices and worcestershire, pour over meat and bread, add 1/2 of the cheese.

Bake @ 350 for 35-40 minutes, add remaining cheese and sprinkle with parsley flakes, Bake additional 5 min.
