Spinach Balls

Defrost spinach and squeeze liquid. Saut/ onion and garlic in small amount of olive oil until onions become translucent. Mix spinach, eggs, cheese, Worcestershire sauce and Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning. Add saut/ed onions and garlic. Add bread crumbs until mixture is molded. Form into 1 inch balls. Bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven for about 15 minutes.
