Spam & Macaroni Casserole

Cook macaroni in salt water. Drain. Make white sauce and add 2/3 of cheese to sauce til melted. Combine cooked macaroni and Spam with sauce and pour into greased baking dish. Chopped peppers, onions, celery and parsley may be added for variation. Sprinkle crumbs and rest of cheese over top. Bake at 350º 15-20 min.
