Simple English Pea Salad

Drain peas. Chop your boiled egg. Combine everything but mayo. Then add your mayonnaise. Just enough to combine not make it soupy. Salt and pepper to taste.

This is one of my most favorite things in the world:) The first time I ever had this was in high school. A friend of mine's mom made it and I've always loved it since:)There are lots of versions of this where instead you can mince purple onion and put celery in it. It's really all a matter of your own personal taste.
