Shrimp Dip

Instructions

1. Melt butter in Dutch oven or large skillet over medium heat and add all chopped veggies and seasoning. Cook about 10 minutes until tender.

2. Add Ro-tel and cook another 5 minutes. Add shrimp and cook an additional 5 minutes.

3. Turn down heat to medium-low and add the cream cheese; stir until the cream cheese is mixed in well.

4. Pour into a container(s) with lid or bowl covered with plastic wrap; refrigerate overnight. Transfer to a serving dish for presentation. Serve with crackers.

Makes 6 to 8 cups.
