Scrambled Egg Casserole

Ingredients

  • 12 slices buttered bread without crust
  • 1/2 pound Velvetta cheese, cubed
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1qt milk
  • 8 slices fried bacon

Instructions

Line in a 9 x 13 pan:
Cube 12 sliced buttered bread without crust and Velvetta cubed.

In a blender, put 8 eggs, 1 tsp salt, 1 qt milk. Pour over bread and cheese mixture. Let set in refrigerator overnight. Fry 8 slices of bacon and crumble over the top. Bake 325(F) 45 minutes - 1 hour
