Preheat oven 350 deg. Spray Pam on med size baking dish. Brown coated porkchops on both sides & place in bottom of baking dish, drain & wash souerkrout throughly, mix greese, sugar & salt together and coat souerkrout with mixture. Spread over porkchops & bake 30min or until porkchops done.
