Satin Pie

Ingredients

Instructions

1. Beat peanut butter, sugar, cream cheese, butter and vanilla with mixer in large mixing bowl.

2. In another bowl, beat whipping cream until thickened and soft peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream into peanut butter mixture.

3. Spoon into crust. Refrigerate 6 hours.

4. Melt Hershey bar with milk over very low heat. Stir, then pour into small plastic bag. Cut a very tiny corner off bag and zigzag the melted chocolate over the top of the pie, OR the chocolate can be spooned in a random pattern over the top. Dollops of whipped cream can be added, if desired.
