Rotel Macaroni

Ingredients

  • 4 - 5 cups of cooked macaroni (drained)
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes (drained)
  • freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

In the boiler that you cooked (and drained) your macaroni in, add the can of rotel tomatoes and a generous bit of Parmesan cheese and stir. Serve with a salad.

This is something I fix quite often for a quick lunch. It's very tasty and doesn't hurt that it's so quick:)
