Roasted Cherry Tomatoes
Ingredients
- 2 quarts cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh or 2 Tbsp. dried basil
- Garnish: fresh basil sprigs
Instructions
Toss together all ingredients. Place in a 15x10-inch jellyroll pan.
Broil 5 inches from heat (with electric oven door partially open) 6 minutes. Garnish, if desired.
