Roast Beef with Mushrooms

In oven, move oven rack to the lowest level. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix mushrooms (including the juice) with one packet of onion soup mix. Put 1 tablespoon of flour in cooking bag, close it and shake. Place beef in cooking bag. Pour mushroom mixture on top of beef. Seal bag with tie and cut a few little holes in the top of the bag. Cook for 2 to 2 1/2 hours depending on the kind of beef.

To make gravy: Remove the beef and pour the broth into a small saucepan. If you really like mushrooms, keep some of them in the gravy. Heat on medium heat; stir in Wondra and whisk until thick.
