Quick Sausage Roll
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. mozzerella cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375'
Brown sausage, making sure to chop while cooking. Drain extra grease. Spray a 9"x 13" cookie sheet with non-stick spray. Unroll the crescent rolls onto the pan pinching the perforations closed and spreading the dough out to the edges. Place the warm sausage onto the dough spreading it evenly. Sprinkle the mozzerella cheese over the sausage then carefully roll it up. Use tooth picks if needed to help hold it together. Bake at 375' for 11 to 14 minutes or until golden brown. Slice and serve.
As a meal, it's great with red beans and rice.
