Plum Cake

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cup sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup oil
• 2 small jars baby food plums(1 large and 1 small worked)
• 2 tsp red food coloring
• 2 cups flour (unsifted)
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp soda
• 1 tsp cloves
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 cup nuts
• GLAZE:
• 1/3 cup butter
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 2 1/2 T. lemon juice
• 1 tsp red food coloring
