Perfect Roast Turkey
Ingredients
- 1 large turkey (12 -15 pound)
- salt
Instructions
Remove giblets from the neck and cavity of your turkey. Wash turkey very well (inside and out til water runs clear). Pull out any extra bits you don't want in there:) Salt inside of turkey well but not outside. Place in large roasting tin lined with foil and cover with lid or foil. Follow directions on turkey label for cooking time. Baste turkey several times while baking. If the turkey is not browning, remove the foil the last 30 minutes or so or until brown.
