Pasta in Garlic Butter
Ingredients
- 1/8 cup butter or margarine
- 2 nice cloves of garlic, minced
- pasta (2 cups)
- fresh grated parmesan
Instructions
Boil 2 cups of dry pasta (I like to use macaroni, but have used penne).
While you are boiling your pasta, melt the butter in your skillet (frying pan:), add your garlic and saute (on med-low). Let saute for 3 or 4 minutes. You don't want your butter and garlic to burn.
Drain your pasta and toss with the garlic butter. Top off with fresh grated parmesan cheese. You can use the can stuff, but you realllllly can not beat fresh grated:)
Serve with a salad.
