Party Chicken Salad for Sandwiches (with pecans)

1. Mix the chicken, celery, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice and pecans well.
2. Trim bread crusts with an electric knife. Spread filling on bread slices and cut sandwiches into quarters.
Makes 60 party sandwiches.
