Oyster and Artichoke Soup

Instructions
1. Sauté onion and celery in butter for 5 minutes. Add flour and cook, loosely covered, for 5 minutes.
2. Add oysters and liquid, milk, half-and-half, water and remaining ingredients. Cook 45 minutes, loosely covered, on low heat. Skim soup before serving.
Serves 8.
