Oven Ritz Parmesean Chicken
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine (I use butter. I trust cows before I would a scientist!)
- 2 tsp. fresh parsley flakes or 1/2 tsp. dry
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed ((I put them in food storage bag to crush)
Instructions
Dip 8 boneless chicken breasts (or thighs with or without bones) in the melted butter (I use pastry brush) and dredge in crumb mixture.
Place chicken in lightly greased ( or sprayed with cooking spray) baking dish.
Drizzle any remaining butter or cracker crumbs over chicken.
Bake uncovered at 350 (F) for I hour.
This is so quick and easy and tasty.
Believe me when I say quick and easy!!! People who know me know that if I use more than two pots to cook with that's called GOURMET!!
