Ooey Gooey
Ingredients
- 1 (18.5-oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 1 egg
- 1 stick margarine, softened
- 1 (8-oz.) pkg. fat-free cream cheese
- 1 (16-oz.) box powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Instructions
1. Mix cake mix, 1 egg and margarine together. Batter will sticky.
2. Press batter into lightly greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
3. Combine remaining ingredients together until smooth. Pour over top of batter in pan.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, then lower oven to 300 for another 20 minutes.
5. Cool and cut into squares.
