Onion Stuffed Round Steak

Instructions
1. Season eye-of-round steaks with garlic pepper and place in slow cooker. Place onion rings on top and sprinkle with brown sugar.
2. Add fresh mushrooms and pour condensed soup mix over all. Cook on Low for 6-8 hours.
3. Mix stuffing according to package directions and, after removing steak mixture from slow cooker, spoon stuffing on top.
Serves 4.
