One-Minute Chocolate Fudge Sauce
Ingredients
Instructions
I don't measure so if this is not exactly right just mess with the amounts or time a little and you will get it eventually. If you do this right it takes less than a minute.
Choose a small microwaveable bowl - 1 cup size is plenty enough for 2-4 servings of ice cream or enough to cover 1 dozen strawberries.
Mix together the sugar, cocoa powder and salt.
Stir and add butter and milk.
Nuke for awhile (10-15 seconds) until it bubbles and gets close to boiling over. Stir with a spoon and do the nuke thing again. You MAY need to nuke a third time. Fudge should ball when dropped in water. This needs to be nuked for 30-40 seconds to become creamy.
Remove from microwave and place in sink or pan with a little cool water (water bath) stirring to reduce crystallization for 5-15 seconds.
