No Tears Meringue

Ingredients

  • 1 T. cornstarch
  • 2 T. sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 egg whites
  • pinch of salt
  • 6 T. sugar

Instructions

Mix together, cook until thick and cover and cool.

Beat 3 egg whites with a pinch of salt until foamy.

Gradually add 6T sugar.

Beat until stiff peaks.

Beat in cool cornstarch mixture until thick and bake 30 minutes at 350(F)--Yes that's THIRTY minutes:)
