No-bake peanut butter pie
Ingredients
- 4 ozs. cream cheese
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar, sifted
- 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 8 ozs. frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 deep-dish graham cracker or chocolate-flavored crust
- Frozen whipped topping, thawed
- Chocolate syrup
- Peanuts for garnish (optional)
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and confectioners' sugar; mix well. Add peanut butter and mix. Slowly add milk; mix well.
Fold in 8 ounces of whipped topping. Pour into pie shell and cover. Freeze for at least 30 minutes.
Pipe additional whipped topping around the edge of the pie and drizzle with chocolate syrup. Garnish whipped topping with peanuts if desired.
Makes 6-8 servings.
