Neiman Marcus Cake
Ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix with pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 8oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can coconut
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Instructions
Melt butter in a 9x13 inch pan.
Mix cake mix and 2 eggs. Pat into pan.
Beat cream cheese, 2 eggs and powdered sugar until smooth,pour on top of cake mixture.Sprinkle top with coconut then nuts.Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour or until tests done.
*chocolate cake mix pay be used if desired.
NOTE: If you can't find cake mix with pudding just add a small box of instant pudding mix.
