Nacho Potato Soup

In 3 quart saucepan, combine potatoes and sauce mixture in the box, corn, tomatoes and water. Mix well and bring to boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15-18 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. Add milk and cheese.
Add hot pepper sauce, if desired, at this time.
Cook and stir until cheese is melted. Sprinkle parlsey on top before serving, if desired.
Serves: 6-8
