Instructions

Brown your meat with onions and seasonings in a skillet. When it's nice and brown, add mushrooms, Worchestershire, and optional can of corn. You may need to add a little water if it looks like the mixture is going to stick. Cover and let cook for about 45 minutes or so. Check it to make sure it doesnt go dry but you dont want it to be soupy either. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.

Paul's mum (Hampshire, England) gave me her recipe for this. It's one of their family's favorites. The only difference between her's and mine is that I use ground chuck and she uses lamb mince (ground lamb)
