Mrs. Diane's Hot Chocolate Mix
Ingredients
- 1 pound nonfat dry milk powder
- 1/4 pound powdered non-dairy creamer
- 1-1/3 cups confectioners' sugar
- 2/3 (16 ounce) container instant chocolate drink mix

Our neighbor Mrs. Diane used to make this in big black trash bags and gave it in nice containers as part of her Christmas treats she'd deliver to everyone on Christmas Eve:)
This recipe makes enough for 50 cups.
Combine dry milk, non-dairy creamer, confectioners' sugar, and instant chocolate drink mix. Mix well. Put in a large airtight container. Label and store in a cool dry place. Best if used within 6 months.
To make Hot Chocolate, add 3 tablespoons mix to 1 cup of hot water, and stir well. Add mini marshmallows if desired.
