Mom’s Roast Beef Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 ½ Cups Roast Beef cut into ½ in. cubes
- 1 ½ Cups cubed cooked potatoes
- 1 Cup Sliced cooked carrots
- ½ Cup chopped onion
- 1 Cup Grated American cheese
- 1 Tbs. Chopped pimento
- ¾ Cup Meat gravy
- 2/3 Cup Miracle Whip
- 1 Pkg. Corn bread mixture
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except corn bread mixture. Heat; pour into a greased 2-quart casserole dish. Top with corn bread batter. Bake 375-400 degrees per corn bread instructions. Bake until corn bread in golden.
