Mom’s Roast Beef Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ Cups Roast Beef cut into ½ in. cubes
  • 1 ½ Cups cubed cooked potatoes
  • 1 Cup Sliced cooked carrots
  • ½ Cup chopped onion
  • 1 Cup Grated American cheese
  • 1 Tbs. Chopped pimento
  • ¾ Cup Meat gravy
  • 2/3 Cup Miracle Whip
  • 1 Pkg. Corn bread mixture

Instructions

Combine all ingredients except corn bread mixture. Heat; pour into a greased 2-quart casserole dish. Top with corn bread batter. Bake 375-400 degrees per corn bread instructions. Bake until corn bread in golden.
