Mom's Cool Whip Cake

Bake cake as directed (now, some mixes require oil - don't forget it! ;).
While it's still warm, poke holes all around it with a wooden spoon handle. Drizzle the condensed milk into all the holes, followed by the butterscotch topping (use 3/4th of the jar.)
Spread softened Cool Whip over the top of the cake, then sprinkle with crushed Heath bars.
(Freezes well.)
