Momma's Pizza Casserole

This is my momma's recipe. I do not know where she got it from but it is a huge hit whenever she makes it:) Its excellent!

Make up your meat sauce however you like it. I brown my meat with small but chunky onions and garlic, salt, pepper, and season all. I really like the Prego with garlic and onions.

Boil your macaronni til it's just done (al dente) and drain. Spread a generous layer on the bottom of a greased pan. Spread a layer of cottage cheese over this, then your sauce, then a mix of the two cheeses. Repeat til reaches the top. Top off with generous amounts of cheese.

Place in oven at 400 F and bake until your cheese is a nice toasty color:) Remove and let set up 10 minutes before serving.
