Momma used to make this for us when we were growing up. It seems like she usually made it in the fall and winter months. Very simple, but soooo good:)

Brown your meat in a skillet with your chopped onion and seasonings of your choice. Momma always used salt, pepper, garlic powder and a season-all (Tony Cacherie's or McCormicks). Once your meat is browned, add a can of tomato sauce and a can of red kidney beans. Heat through and serve over hot white rice:)
