Margarita Brush On

In a small bowl stir together orange marmalade, jalapeno pepper, tequila or lime juice and ginger. Brush evenly onto meat during last 5 mins. or grilling. Makes enough for 1+1/2 lbs meat, suggested for pork and poultry.
